Have a Heyday at The Homestead
You’ll never be bored at The Farms. The Homestead,
the community's amenity area, forms the heart of the community.
Swim team competitions heat up the summers, tennis matches are
always in full swing and children enjoy pick-up games of soccer.
The community’s full-time activities director,
Lisa Penke, and her assistant, Kenya Nesbit, ensure you'll
have plenty of organized opportunities to stay active.
With architecture inspired by old barns found on farms of
yore, the Family Activities Center is the place where fun
begins. The 5,684-square-foot facility may look like an old-fashioned
barn, but it's filled with modern amenities, including a
group fitness room, "kids corral" for children's
programming, warming kitchen, and additional space for meetings
and gatherings. |
