A family business, Craig Carter Builder, Inc. began with Craig Carter, a former
brick mason and paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne. His son Marty joined the
business in 1992, bringing years of accounting experience to the company and
its clients. Craig and Marty pride themselves on offering their clients personal
attention and service. They build only a small number of homes each year, so
that they can personally oversee the construction of each one. Marty and Craig
also know the importance of their subcontractors and their relationships with
them. Most of their subcontractors have been doing business with the company
for many years. One of the premier homebuilders in the North Carolina Piedmont,
Craig Carter Builder offers homes from the $200s to over $2 million.
