J.S. Testa, LLC is known for offering superior workmanship and products
in every home they build. Brothers Mike and Doug Testa have been in the construction
industry for over twenty years. They began on Long Island, New York, then
headed south where they found Lake Norman. And never looked back. Mike and
Doug couldn’t be bigger fans of the Charlotte area, and particularly
Lake Norman where they both live. They’re also fans of Crescent Communities.
So much so, that they each built their own homes in a Crescent neighborhood.
Mike and Doug only build a small number of homes each year, so they can personally
work with each homeowner and give every home the time and attention it deserves.
It’s that time and attention that enables J.S. Testa to create truly
distinctive homes for their clients. The company’s ultimate goal is
