Shaun Ogden has earned a reputation as a custom builder of innovative homes
as well as that of honesty and fair dealing. "It's simple," Shaun says. "I
keep my word and do my work on time." With a background in architectural
study, the mentoring of his father who put him to work at age five on a construction
site and skills gleaned from old world craftsmen, Shaun has developed his love
of building and his creativity. He works as his own superintendent, and uses
the same subcontractors almost exclusively, elevating the level of quality
and workmanship in the homes he builds. These attributes have established him
as
a hands-on, accessible builder. More importantly, his homes are recognized
