Creating The Farms
To create a well-landscaped environment and a sense of place at The Farms, Crescent Resources worked with Oldham Planning and Design to develop the community’s land plan and the design of The Farms’ signage, monumentation and amenities. Oldham has been an integral part of creating the architectural style of The Point, as well as Crescent’s The River Club in the Atlanta area. The community features:
