Kim McBee
|
Gus Testa, a licensed real estate broker in both North and South
Carolina, has served Crescent Communities for the past 6 years and has
30 years' experience in real estate. Before moving to Charlotte, Gus
lived in Connecticut, where he worked for a top real estate firm after
successfully opening and managing a Century 21 franchise for four years.
Kim McBee joined The Farms sales team from StoneWater, where she began
work as a sales associate in July 2002. Prior to joining StoneWater,
Kim served as an assistant in Crescent's SailView community office. She
has also worked in general brokerage. A graduate of the Mingle School
of Real Estate, Kim is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.
Before entering the real estate industry, she worked as a scheduling
analyst and cost engineer based out of Stone & Webster Engineering
in Houston and Bechtel Power Corporation in Frederick, Md.
