Charlotte Douglas International Airport is less than an hour away from The Farms. Nearly 35 million passengers were served on regional, domestic and international flights in 2008. Currently there are more than 650 daily departures from more than 80 gates. Charlotte Douglas Airport operates under the symbol CLT.

Just a little further away - but often with more affordable fare opportunities - is Piedmont-Triad International Airport in Greensboro. Approximately 75 miles from The Farms, it's about an hour and a half away. More than a million passengers flew on nearly a dozen major carriers in 2008. Piedmont-Triad Airport operates under the symbol PTI.

Personal Vehicles

Mooresville and The Farms sit near the crossroads of 2 major interstates: I-40 and I-77. There are 3 interchanges for I-77 within 15 minutes of The Farms. I-40 interchanges are 20 minutes northwest, or just up the road on I-77.

Several state highways, including NC 115, NC 21, and NC 150 are also close by.

NC 150 runs east-west in the area near The Farms. Traveling west, it runs through Catawba and Lincoln counties; to the east is Salisbury, Spencer, and Yadkin.
NC 115 runs north-south near The Farms. It goes through Statesville and Mooresville, providing an alternate route when I-77 is busy.
NC 21 also runs north-south nearby, through Statesville and Mooresville.
